Own the long-term technical direction of Roo's frontend platform, including systems, tooling, and architecture across web and mobile.
Partner with Product and Design to evolve the design system as a foundational platform through integrations, documentation, and developer workflows.
Lead platform initiatives like framework upgrades, React Native modernization, and shared library evolution to increase engineering velocity.

Qualifications:

Significant experience building production software with a focus on frontend systems.
Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
