Senior Product Service Specialist – HVAC

The Senior Product Service Specialist – HVAC plays a critical role in ensuring a world-class ownership and service experience for ductless and unitary air products. This role leads serviceability and training efforts across training, technical support, product development, and field quality. Acting as the "Voice of Service," the incumbent partners with cross-functional teams including technology, engineering, quality, and distribution. This position develops and enhances product training modules, supports in-field investigations, supports distributor or dealer projects, revises product service literature, authors and develop service/training guides, provides post event reports, and develops/deploys product updates. Travel is required for domestic travel.
