Take full ownership of a category—with the freedom to shape it and the responsibility to grow it with real impact. You manage your ESN category portfolio with a focus on innovations and optimizing market presence—including product launches, relaunches, and retirements. Develop go-to-market strategies and lead promotional campaign planning across relevant channels, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product development and sales, to bring new products to market in line with brand positioning. Stay on top of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive developments, translating data into actionable growth opportunities. Drive product launch excellence by building comprehensive rollout plans and coordinating all related activities across departments. Oversee product-related budgets, develop pricing and forecasting models, and analyze performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
