Senior Software Engineer (Java, FIX Protocol)

Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications in Java + Quarkus. Drive implementation and validation of FIX protocol integrations across systems. Ensure adherence to best practices in automated testing and maintain high code quality standards. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for mid-level and junior developers. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements in performance, scalability, and security. What You Bring: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java (11+). Deep expertise with Quarkus (RESTEasy, Panache, MicroProfile). Strong experience with FIX protocol integrations. Proven experience leading development teams and performing code reviews. Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
