Principal Product Manager - ClickHouse Cloud US Security & IT

Lead the development and delivery of a cloud-native database platform that serves enterprise customers globally. You will define and drive the product roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders, and engage directly with customers to inform strategic decisions. Your role will focus on enhancing cloud capabilities such as multi-region replication, distributed query execution, and fault tolerance, while ensuring the platform remains performant and reliable. You will work cross-functionally with design, marketing, operations, and sales teams to support product launches and shape positioning. Define and drive the product roadmap for a cloud-native database platform, prioritizing features like replication, distributed queries, fault tolerance, storage tiering, and schema evolution. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver improvements to the database engine, storage layer, and query optimizer. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and usage data to guide product decisions. Partner with design, marketing, operations, and sales teams to support launches, create content, and shape product messaging. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications, managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Influence and align cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of product initiatives.
