Focuses exclusively on operation-relevant databases supporting service management, monitoring, reporting, and operational tooling.
Ensures that these databases are stable, performant, secure, and compliant with operational standards.

Job Description:

Designs, installs, configures, and maintains databases required for IT service operations and ITSM tooling
Ensures stable day-to-day database operations, including availability, performance, and data integrity
Implements and maintains monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis for operations-relevant databases

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, ITIL / IT Service Management
Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 27001
Cross-team collaboration, creative problem solving, critical thinking
