What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with your co-workers to analyze and resolve their issues, from significant system crashes to simple user errors.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers.
- Liaise daily between our Engineering Department and the rest of the organization.
Who You Are:
- A team player who enjoys client-facing work and wants to grow and learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Have a working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Understand software development and troubleshooting processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues leveraging SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Coordinate across the organization to drive the resolution of large-scale outages.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing our work queue and backlog both in tickets and project management systems.
