Job Description
Responsible for working with cross-functional leaders across the company to ensure that the products and programs we build have maximum market impact. As a strategic leader in EPD Operations, reporting to the Director, you will integrate engineering, product, and design program management with both product and engineering operations. Your role will support the entire EPD organization—encompassing Product Management, UX/Design, User Research, and Engineering—to drive efficiency and maximize impact. In collaboration with the Director of EPD Operations, you will navigate and streamline dependencies and processes to ensure that product launches deliver significant business impact. The position requires strong execution skills and the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams, offering a foundation for future roles in product management, product line ownership, or general management.
