Job Description

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of Turnkey, which supports physicians transitioning from health system employment, or other employment models, to independent practice ownership. The Vice President will manage key functions including our Managed Service Organization (MSO), physician recruitment, marketing, and practice support operations. Primary duties include strategic planning and execution, overseeing daily operations, developing marketing strategies, and establishing performance metrics. The role also involves team leadership, talent development, collaboration with Aledade leaders, managing partnerships, and overseeing physician recruitment. The VP will manage P&L, budgeting, and resource planning in collaboration with Aledade’s finance team. Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree and 15+ years of experience in healthcare operations or practice management. Experience with value-based care and ACOs is preferred.
