Huntress is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Customer Advocacy Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our existing customers, driving their success, increasing their loyalty, and transforming them into advocates. You will play a key role in demonstrating the value of our products/services, increasing customer lifetime value, and contributing to our overall business growth.
Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and nurturing customer advocates, creating customer success stories, building a digital asset management system, and managing customer events. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customers.
