Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members across billing and collections functions.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, conducting regular reviews and training sessions.
  • Ensure timely processing of claims, payments, and denials while managing daily workflow distribution.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce denials, and increase cash collections.
  • Support system enhancements and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Reporting and Project Support:

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance and revenue cycle metrics.
  • Serve as a project manager for client implementations and statements of work.
