The District Sales Manager must be a highly motivated, results oriented Leader with proven track record to motivate and develop a field sales and support organization. Must have an ability to pro-actively identify and resolve problems, control costs, and improve the efficiency of a sales team. Direct sales and support responsibility for revenue including achieving financial objectives for orders, sales, margin, and spending budgets. Responsible for collaboration with field and worldwide marketing groups to build a dynamic and high reaching business plan to improve market share and achieve budget in all geographic, product and market segments.
