Co-own the MaaS system design with the Principal Architect, authoring decision records and defending trade-offs.
Drive the platform through a maturity roadmap, delivering operable capabilities and setting backend engineering standards.

System Design and Implementation:

Build a globally distributed, multi-tenant token service with high throughput, reliability, and observability.
Own the end-to-end implementation, including Go services, Kubernetes, and zero-downtime migrations.

Operational Excellence:

Define and defend strict SLOs, run blameless incident reviews, and carry on-call responsibilities for a revenue-bearing service.
Ensure multi-tenant security, exactly-once metering, and robust billing correctness.
