Role Overview:
- You will play a critical role in helping members access expert medical opinions through the 2nd.MD program by connecting with them via phone.
- Your focus is on explaining the program, answering questions, guiding enrollment, and motivating next steps through clear, empathetic conversations.
A Day in the Life:
- Proactively make over 100 outbound calls daily to engage eligible members and drive activation.
- Use consultative skills to understand needs, address concerns, and collect health information for efficient routing to clinical resources.
- Build rapport, manage follow-up activities, and partner with an integrated care team to support timely care coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, member enrollment, or high-volume outreach, with proven success in outbound calling environments.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and comfort working toward individual performance targets and goals in a fully remote setting.
- Availability to work a specified schedule (Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm CST, Friday 8am-5pm CST) with a start date of May 26th.
