Job Description

About the Role:

  • Support accurate, detail-driven order management for commercial interiors projects.
  • Manage projects from approved specifications through clean, complete order placement and acknowledgment.
  • Focused on order administration, systems, and process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify product specifications, finishes, SKUs, COM/COL requirements, pricing, and discounts prior to submission.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including POs, acknowledgments, submittals, approvals, and change orders.
  • Provide clear, timely order status updates to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience using ProjectSpec and/or Khameleon for commercial furniture order building and processing.
  • Strong understanding of commercial furniture products, SKUs, finishes, COM/COL, and dealer/manufacturer order workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
