Flight Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all acquisition efforts, develop project schedules, and prioritize assets in consultation with project managers and directors.
• Manage project tracking software and oversee data acquisition as a crew member when needed.
• Advise management on aircraft and sensor solutions, ensuring high customer service.

Team Management:

• Establish hiring procedures, salary structures, and performance appraisals with HR support.
• Manage headcount, hiring, and training compliance for direct team.
• Maintain morale through company policies and employee development programs.

Safety and Compliance:

• Develop a corporate culture emphasizing safety as a core value.
• Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain operational control of the aircraft and monitor mission plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in aviation and remote sensing technology, with 1+ year of management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to North American countries.
