About the Role:

  • You will analyse the House of Commons’ daily publications to prepare forms for the Speaker and other Chair Occupants.
  • You are one of the primary point of contacts for processing and recording all documents tabled in the House of Commons.
  • Provide support to the Private Members’ Business Office.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in drafting and proofreading documents such as memoranda, briefing notes and/or correspondence in both official languages.
  • Experience in accomplishing detailed work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in prioritizing conflicting requests as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
