Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Dynamics Functional (SCM)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consulting with strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience in Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing & Project Costing.
• Proven experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations and multi-country rollouts, with knowledge of GAAP and taxation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365/AX SCM modules across business units, configuring key modules and facilitating requirement gathering workshops.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live, while managing multi-country rollout and localization requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirement Documents, gap analysis, test cases, and training materials, and conduct user training sessions.

Collaboration and Compliance:

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery, and work with cross-functional teams in global project environments.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, support tax-related configurations, and troubleshoot functional issues within SLA timelines.
• Provide expert functional consulting support in client discussions and recommend SCM best practices and process improvements.
