Role Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with organizations to guide Kotlin adoption, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement backend migration strategies and manage feedback loops with engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, and the JVM ecosystem, including migration projects.
- Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks and solid understanding of Maven and Gradle.
- Strong customer-facing technical communication skills and ability to lead workshops and demos.
