Customer Success Engineer (Kotlin Multiplatform)

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage with organizations at various stages of Kotlin Multiplatform adoption within existing projects to support migration and scaling.
• Help teams overcome technical blockers and successfully move from experimentation to production use of shared codebases.

Engagement and Advocacy:

• Proactively engage with prospective users who may benefit from KMP to understand their technical constraints and adoption challenges.
• Provide practical guidance on feasibility and adoption strategies while gathering structured feedback to influence product improvements.

Success Metrics:

• Organizations successfully adopt and ship Kotlin Multiplatform in production, with shared code usage expanding across teams.
• Tangible improvements are made to the KMP product and tooling, driven by direct user feedback and collaboration with internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience with Kotlin and a solid understanding of mobile architectures across Android and iOS is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to engage and build trust with senior engineers and business stakeholders.
