Support onboarding projects to accelerate the process and significantly reduce manual efforts for new merchants, contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. You will Document merchant technical environments, encompassing detailed system architecture diagrams, comprehensive API inventories, and precise integration points, which will serve as a critical reference for future interactions and troubleshooting. You'll also Develop a suite of integration templates, comprehensive configuration guides, and reusable assets. Investigate and resolve complex post-onboarding technical issues for enterprise merchants, requiring troubleshooting skills and deep technical knowledge of the platform. The role also includes conducting sandbox testing, site QA and validation of integration flows post dev phase.
