Lead Product Manager, Kraken Custody

As Lead Product Manager for Kraken Custody, you will drive the evolution and scale of our institutional-grade custody platform, shaping the core infrastructure that secures billions in client assets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Prime Product, Staking, Risk, Institutional Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Design to deliver trusted custody solutions and integrated institutional services. This is a high-impact leadership role critical to Kraken’s long-term success in the institutional market. You will own and scale Kraken Custody, lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Custody, scale secure, compliant, and highly available custody infrastructure that meets the needs of top-tier institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, corporates, and crypto-native firms. You will also deliver seamless integrations with staking, prime execution, and structured yield solutions to create a unified institutional product suite. This role requires partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure all product initiatives align with regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions and engaging deeply with institutional clients and prospects to identify pain points, develop solutions, and shape product direction.
