Job Description

Review and action user-generated content (UGC) across the platform in line with Fanvue’s content and community guidelines. Investigate reports of potential Terms of Service and policy violations, including explicit content, impersonation, copyright claims, and off-platform risks. Collaborate with the Head of Moderation and the Team Lead to manage compliance queues and ensure timely moderation responses. Work closely with the Support and Creator teams to resolve escalated cases involving account restrictions or legal claims (e.g., DMCA, TOS violations). Proactively monitor trends in content types and flag emerging risks or edge cases to inform policy evolution. Assist in the development of internal moderation workflows and contribute to content protection initiatives.Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and support audit-readiness for compliance and legal reviews. Champion a creator-first approach, balancing platform integrity with empathy and fairness.
