Senior Golang Developer

Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to construct scalable, high-performing backend services. You will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing our billing system within a cross-functional team, including engineers and product managers, to deliver results sustainably. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovation, stay abreast of emerging technologies, and demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork in a remote setting. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-performance backend services using Golang, architecting and optimizing microservices-based applications, collaborating with DevOps to deploy applications in Kubernetes clusters using Helm, designing and optimizing database schemas with Postgres and Redis, enhancing the billing system, conducting code reviews, maintaining documentation, and testing applications.
