Senior Software Engineer, Web

About the role:

• We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of Included Health's member experience across the web.
• This is a front-end-first full-stack role, focusing on designing and building thoughtful, accessible, high-performance web experiences.
• You'll contribute to backend services and APIs that make those experiences possible.

What you'll do:

• Build and evolve high-quality member-facing web experiences using modern frontend technologies with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and reliability.
• Own meaningful projects end to end, collaborating with Product and Design to ship iteratively and measure outcomes.
• Contribute across the full stack, including frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data flows, and integrations.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applications.
• Deep hands-on frontend expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern web framework such as React.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, including state management, component design, performance, accessibility, and testing.
