Job Description
You will be instrumental in driving transformational business impact by shaping and delivering technology solutions that empower the workforce, streamline operations, and advance Humana's mission to improve health and well-being. This includes overseeing and optimizing IT initiatives and projects, partnering with Segment CIOs and business leaders to develop financial models, and ensuring alignment of project investments with business strategy. The role involves measuring portfolio health, identifying risks, and conducting portfolio reviews to highlight variances in scope, timeline, and cost. You will also develop and enhance budgeting, financial projections, and forecasts, ensuring traceability between delivery plans, labor capacity, and required budgets. It requires managing contracts, software renewals, and collaborating with IT Finance to provide comprehensive financial reporting. Your work ensures HR IT projects comply with organizational goals, HR strategies, and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement through performance data analysis and best practices in HR technology management.
