Global Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from entry-level to senior leadership roles. Additionally, you will design and implement standardized, scalable, and equitable recruiting processes.

• Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and continuous calibration of interview teams.

The role oversees relationships with external recruiting agencies and will be responsible for optimizing Greenhouse. Also, training programs for hiring managers will be expected.

• Lead the build-out and maintenance of Greenhouse.
• Coach and train hiring teams on best practices.
• Establish key recruiting metrics and provide leadership reports.
