Product Operations Manager

Shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. As the Product Operations Manager, you will strengthen the operations of our Employer Services Product team, driving smoother execution and faster outcomes. You'll lead the charge in architecting scalable operational frameworks, instilling best practices, and driving team collaboration that accelerates product development and elevates customer experience. Your mandate is to eliminate friction, operationalize strategy, and empower our Product Managers (PMs) to operate at their highest leverage. You will develop and scale product operations infrastructure, with an emphasis on AI-powered tools, data-driven insights, and strategic enablement. This role involves strategic enablement, process optimization, and leadership in go-to-market initiatives, requiring experience in product management, human capital management systems, Agile methodologies, and AI/ML tools.
