Sr Operations Processor – Annuity New Business

Accountabilities:

• Independently process standard and complex annuity new business transactions, including application entry, policy issuance, and contract delivery.
• Manage assigned cases and processing queues while meeting quality, compliance, and service-level standards.
• Serve as a knowledgeable peer resource, provide guidance, and support workflow improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, or financial services operations with complex transaction processing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools, with excellent written and verbal communication.
