PLM Engineer - DBA/Infrastructure

About the team:

• ArsenalOS is Anduril's unified production systems platform for manufacturing operations spanning PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain.
• The team builds integrated solutions enabling design changes to propagate across the bill of materials, planning, and quality workflows.
• Production issues immediately surface to design, manufacturing, and supplier teams, turning the build chain into a continuous learning system.

About the role:

• You will build custom ITK services, SOA integrations, Active Workspace extensions, and enterprise integrations across CAD, ERP, and engineering systems.
• You will install, configure, tune, patch, and upgrade Teamcenter and its database, ensuring performance, backups, and high availability.
• You will troubleshoot platform issues and automate with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and CI/CD, taking ownership from design through production.

What you'll do:

• Administer databases with backups, recovery, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Configure Pool Manager, FSC/FCC, Dispatcher, TcServer, and volume management.
• Perform load and performance tests for database and environment to validate capacity and catch regressions before upgrades.
