As the first point of contact for our German, Austrian and Swiss online customers, you are responsible. Whether by phone or email, you help our customers with the quick clarification of their inquiries regarding the order up to the processing of complaints. The online shop customer service is the contact for all questions related to shopping in the Breuninger online shop. For our customers, we are available by phone and email from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. You develop individual customer solutions and are in close exchange with our logistics, the account management, DHL and many other contact points. You actively participate in the further development of processes in the customer service online shop. With the help of internal coaching, we optimize your communication skills so that you are prepared for all inquiries. We offer the opportunity to work in a modern, agile and appreciative environment.
