Lead the end-to-end implementation of IRIS Payroll software process changes and portal. Configure system settings, import employee data, and ensure accurate setup of pay elements, deductions, and statutory requirements. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to understand payroll requirements and ensure seamless integration and explore API options for Bamboo/IRIS interfacing. Work with our technology teams to conduct system testing and resolve any issues prior to go-live. Identify new ways of working and how to avoid βdouble-entryβ requirements. Train internal staff on using the IRIS payroll system. Administer monthly payroll to ensure payments are correctly entered and audited. Provide pre- and post-implementation support and documentation, including identifying and documenting relevant risks and controls.
