As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit where platform engineering meets AI, bringing deep Kubernetes expertise to help enterprises adopt Stacklok's platform.
You will lead full forward-deployed engagements, stand up custom proof-of-concepts, and answer hard technical questions as customers move toward production.
When unlocking value means changing how the product deploys to Kubernetes, you own that work and contribute changes back to Stacklok Enterprise.

What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months):

Ramp quickly on the platform and architecture, becoming the technical SME for enterprise engagements.
Build trusted relationships across the team and with customers, resolving blockers and shipping meaningful changes.
Take Design Partners from proof-of-concept to production deployment, and turn field learnings into reusable playbooks.

In This Role, You Will:

Drive forward-deployed engagements end to end, from scoping customer goals to production.
Design and deliver changes to the platform and its Kubernetes deployment, unblocking adoption.
Act as technical SME, owning technical calls, and bring field insight back to influence priorities.
