Business Solutions Sales Representative

Sell Verizon Wireless (VZW) devices to business clients by providing value and service to win their confidence and ultimately grow our business client base. Works primarily with small business customers to support their wireless business needs. Handles leads from VZW for existing or new customers. Conduct appointments with business clients via phone and online to determine need and provide information about products and/or services. Make, accept, and disposition calls and set appointments for oneself as well as accept appointments set by Business Solutions Representatives team. Manage all steps in the B2B sales cycle to include conducting client account analysis and review, alerting clients to programs/services that would benefit their business, and conducting follow up and service transactions (assist with device set up, delivery, etc.). Serve as a liaison between business customers and VZW, as well as customers and the B2B customer service team. Generate and present client proposal (with or without assistance from Support Team) and direct fulfill orders.
