The Director of Growth Enablement will build and lead a high-performing growth enablement team to support capture, proposal development, bid strategy, and pricing execution. You will design, implement, and scale repeatable growth operations and processes across the organization to enable sustainable, efficient business development. This role involves coaching internal teams on organic growth strategies to retain and expand existing contracts, including recompetes. You will also oversee operational functions such as CRM management, reporting, pipeline reviews, and growth-related tooling and process improvement. The position supports the entire growth team in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
