Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will own and optimize all sales operations processes and systems end-to-end. This role involves designing and maintaining reporting dashboards using Excel, NetSuite, and other tools. The manager will connect and integrate lead gen, CRM, and sales platforms (e.g., Apollo, Playmaker, Google Sheets) using Zapier or similar tools, pull reports from retailer and distributor portals, and improve data automation and accuracy over time. They will also monitor and analyze key performance metrics, support backend administrative tasks, and translate strategic initiatives into operational processes, workflows, and SLAs. Maintaining clean, accurate data across platforms to support reliable reporting and accountability will be crucial. The manager must build connections across systems spanning eComm, wholesale, and retail, including 500+ Walmart stores and grocery/independent retail partners, and create tracking systems that provide visibility into the sales pipeline and revenue performance.
