Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and sustainment activities associated with research-related Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.
- Administer surveys and site assessments to identify research study build, maintenance, and sustainment requirements.
- Gather, document, analyze, and track study-specific requirements, requests, scope changes, and implementation needs.
Operational Support:
- Maintain REDCap databases and ensure project information, survey results, study requirements, and status updates remain accurate and current.
- Verify, organize, validate, and clean project-related data to support reporting and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate communication among researchers, study teams, VHA facilities, OSIRES personnel, and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Monitor progress of study build and sustainment activities and help ensure timely completion of assigned actions and milestones.
- Assist in development and refinement of processes, SOPs, job aids, templates, and other operational materials supporting program growth and standardization.
- Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing practical solutions.
