The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Senior Vice President of National Accounts. This role is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness across a complex, client-focused business unit that drives growth and retention for Cigna Healthcare's largest commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities include managing the SVPâs calendar, coordinating logistics for leadership forums and client engagements, preparing executive-level presentations, maintaining SharePoint sites, and tracking action items. The role also serves as a liaison with internal services to resolve operational issues.
The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or client services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems is essential.
