Senior Product Manager

Ethena seeks a Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a vital part of the product function, reporting to the VP of Product, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, and our product. The role involves defining the strategy and roadmap for your product surface area, crafting clear and structured product specifications, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to build great features. You'll own the go-to-market motions for your features, working across the organization to ensure smooth and on-time feature launches. Partner closely with commercial teams to evangelize and help sell your products. Prioritization will be key as you navigate a small team against bigger competitors, making it crucial to keep scope small while maximizing impact.
