Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close, consolidating and analyzing monthly variances across the business.
- Assume ownership for management reporting package and tracking of key performance metrics.
- Support forecasting and budgeting routines by partnering with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Decision Support, or Corporate Finance.
- CPG industry experience with strong understanding of business, brand, and customer strategy.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like S4 or SAC.
