Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer at Vanta, you will shape the vision and execution of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) product area. In this role, you’ll drive design excellence in one of the most complex and impactful areas of our product, helping customers manage third-party risk at scale. Our Third-Party Risk Management product helps teams reduce their risks from third party vendors. Vanta helps customers track their vendors, conduct risk assessments, and continuously monitor for breaches and vulnerabilities. This work is all powered by AI, saving teams time, reducing manual overhead, and making it easier to keep a clear line of sight over your full suite of third parties. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to design clear, efficient experiences that bring clarity to complexity. Beyond individual projects, you’ll influence product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and elevate our design practices as Vanta continues to grow. You will report to the Director of Design within the Trust Product Pillar. What you will do as a Staff Designer at Vanta: * Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments. * Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives. * Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact. * Enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work. * Mentor other designers, helping to refine concepts and elevate design quality. * Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards.
