Job Description
We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of individual contributors in our Premium Product area. This is a hands-on position contributing directly to technical decisions and implementation focusing on pricing strategies, payment systems and checkout journey. You’ll be at the helm of our E-Commerce team; a vibrant, cross-functional squad of engineers, a product manager, and a designer. You should have a strong technical background and can demonstrate deep system design , architecture skills and experience leading a distributed, full-stack team. This individual should be data driven and have exceptional communication skills.
