Responsibilities:
- Manage LAN, WLAN, and SDA infrastructures and oversee switch provisioning and change management across global sites.
- Implement network monitoring, support SD-WAN operations, and utilize orchestration tools for automated configurations.
- Analyze and recommend solutions to complex problems, generate documentation, and coordinate with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Public Trust clearance, ITILv4 certification, and 4-9 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Desired qualifications include CCNP/CCNA certification and proficiency in protocols like BGP, OSPF, and wireless survey software.
- Must demonstrate remote work discipline, excellent communication, and a cultural change management mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Remote work is permitted with a secure home workspace; requires ability to communicate via video, view screens for long periods, and travel occasionally.
