- You will work on strategically important areas across the platform, partnering with product and engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product areas, from research to high-fidelity design.
- Drive quality reviews, mentor designers, and set standards for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment and impact.
- Shows deep care for hierarchy, layout, typography, and accessibility, with fluency in design systems.
- Excels in cross-functional leadership and communication, able to simplify complex ideas.
