Job Description
This position will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business growth.
Develop and execute a holistic growth plan spanning paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
Use HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead and similar platforms to build cold outreach and nurture flows that move prospects through the funnel.
Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels; continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
Partner with engineering to design and test landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows to maximize conversion rates.
Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve performance. Partner with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align campaigns with business priorities.
