Job Description
At Aisera, drive the deployment and use of cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions in customer environments. Aisera's building a world-class Customer Success team, where each individual loves to move fast, be challenged, and is constantly looking for opportunities to make customers successful. Be the primary technical point of contact for customers, and lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Develop custom workflows/RPAs, troubleshoot integration issues, triage technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Stay current with product changes and industry trends, and mentor junior team members.
