Managing Director - Delay & Claims Consulting

The Managing Director will oversee scheduling, inspection, support, and delivery of multiple projects within the insurance claim and construction consulting industry. The MD will lead and manage complex projects with a focus on schedule delay analysis, perform advanced analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM), review and interpret construction contracts for terms and conditions relevant to claims, and prepare detailed, professional reports. Proven expertise in construction scheduling and delay analysis is required.
