UX/UI Designer

Concept and Implementation:

• Take operational responsibility for the conception and implementation of UX/UI solutions for our products.
• Conduct user tests and research activities, deriving concrete design decisions.
• Work closely with existing design guidelines and contribute to their meaningful further development.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product management, development, and UX colleagues, bringing together user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
• Bring your UX perspective to stakeholders and create acceptance for user-centered work.
• Support product teams in integrating user-centered methods into their daily work.

Shaping and Evolving:

• Contribute to the further development of our UX processes, from discovery and research to validation and implementation.
• Identify potentials to advance our UX maturity and actively bring them into the team.
