Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary responder for Salesforce production issues, incidents, and escalations.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across Apex, Flows, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce configuration.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong troubleshooting and production support background.
- Expert-level Apex debugging skills including governor limits, bulkification, recursion control, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and troubleshooting complex automation issues.
