About the Role:
- Own design at Echelon and turn complex enterprise data into clear, polished product experiences.
- Work directly with founders and engineers, making decisions with incomplete information and shipping fast.
What You'll Own:
- Lead product design end-to-end, from exploration to implementation with engineering.
- Design dashboards and workflows that make complex information easy to understand and act on.
- Set visual and interaction standards, using reusable patterns and AI-assisted tools.
What You Bring:
- A portfolio of polished product work with strong visual craft and interaction design.
- Experience with data-rich products, dashboards, and complex information presentation.
- Figma fluency, collaboration skills, and the speed to support multiple workstreams.
